Annual Barbecue
On Friday, 2nd July, in the Church Hall Albany Road, we held our annual BBQ and the event was well supported by 43 of our members.
The weather was good, apart from a quick shower that did not last long, so allowing Brian Waters to carry on and cook our very tasty burgers and sausages to perfection. These were accompanied by rolls & salad, and followed by some delicious sponges oozing with fresh cream. Brian was assisted by Diane Waters, Kath Rudman, and her friend, Get.

The meal was accompanied with wine and drinks that we brought with us. Our members were quite happy , sitting and chatting among friends. Finally the raffle arranged by Gerald Harman was drawn, and a very enjoyable evening was brought to a close.
